Is there a minimum or maximum rental period for a storage unit?

Minimum storage is 1 month. Storers are required to pay 1 month in advance.

How much does self storage cost?

Rentals start from as little as $50 per month for a 3m x 1.5m unit, however there are many different sizes available and the cost will depend entirely on how much space you require. Have a look at our space calculator or speak to our friendly staff, they will help you identify the right unit size.

What options do I have to pay my rent?

You can authorize us to charge a credit card on your due date, send us a cheque, arrange a direct debit with your bank.
Most stores will pay monthly, however your payment in advance of 12 months will give you a discount on your rental.

Will anyone else have a key for my storage unit?

Absolutely not, you can bring your own padlock or purchase one of ours, either way you hold the only keys.

What hours can I access my unit?

Access hours are between 6:00am and 8:00pm

Are the storage units clean and dry?

Yes, all our units are thoroughly cleaned after each customer. We do however recommend you purchase insurance to cover your possessions whilst in storage.

What about security?

The premises are fully fenced. Entry is via our automated security gates. Each unit is individually alarmed.

Can you help with packaging supplies?

We sell tea chests, book boxes, bubblewrap, dust covers, tape, padlocks and boxes. See our display on site when you commence your storage.
